Fee for Service

Patients pay for each visit based on time and complexity. Fee for Service prices are listed below.

Membership

An annual fee is paid which includes 5 visits per year, access to same-day appointments, and discounts on all additional services, appointments and dispensary items. Memberships start on a rolling basis and reset one year after your initial payment. Dr. Jones is limiting founding memberships to 50 patients for 2023.

Prices:

Establish Care/First Office Call: $385.00
This appointment is typically 60 to 75 minutes and includes a comprehensive intake, physical exam and ordering of needed labs along with preliminary treatment plan.
Follow Up or Return Visits: Typically range from 30 to 60 minutes & are $185.00 to 285.00
Acute brief office call: 15 minutes for established patients only – $95.00
Additional Services: The cost of these services may be in addition to visit cost.
Physical medicine:
- Trigger Point Injections: $95.00 – $150.00
- MyoFascial Release: $150.00 – $195.00
- Craniosacral Therapy/Energy Anatomy Sessions: $150.00 – $195.00
- IV Infusions: Range from $155.00 and up – established patients may come in for hook up without care visit if appropriate.
