This is an ideal plan for those who desire regular visits with Dr. Anastasia throughout the year to focus on ongoing or recurrent health goals or challenges. This frequency of visits is great for managing care of endocrine/thyroid disorders, diabetes, weight loss or treating ongoing environmental or infectious illness such as mold, heavy metal toxicity, Lyme disease or Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia. Ongoing check in and guidance shows much improved outcomes.

It is also a great plan for generally healthy clients or families. A membership provides extra peace of mind knowing you have after hours access via phone or email for urgent concerns. We reserve daily short-notice appointments for members as well.

Annual Membership Fees may be billed in entirety (with a 5% discount) or quarterly on auto-pay with an initial deposit of 25% and the remaining balance paid in 3 subsequent installments.

Couples who enroll together receive 10% off (i.e. 2 adults membership $4,050)
